Placemaking And Social Infrastructure Projects
PSCDCL is proposing development the amenity spaces and reservation lands in Aundh Baner Balewadi areas under Smart City Initiatives for multiple projects in entire ABB area including green field as well as brown field sites.
All the land parcels as listed have been approved by the Hon’ble General Body, PMC on Monday 17th December, 2018
Project details & status
- Work orders have been issued for more than 20 project sites in addition to the sites previously under implementation.
- As directed in the Hon’ble General Body, PMC resolution provision has been made for the maintenance of the developed land parcels
- Each of the project as mentioned above have been planned in accordance with the Smart City guidelines and references made from time to time by the Secretary and Mission Director, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) that revenue streams/ self financing options for each project need to be assessed to ensure sustainable asset development.
- In case of assets lent out for revenue generation and profits if any will be shared by PSCDCL with PMC.
